The Scientific Committee is composed of 3 to 10 people. This disciplinary committee includes members from various categories of stakeholders concerned by the issue of democratic culture development (civil society, associations, unions, territorial public administration, elected representatives, experts, professionals, representatives of trade and industry) as well as different researchers (political philosophy, law and administrative sciences, sociology, ethics, …). It may request the occasional participation of qualified people on a particular issue.
